Futech made a humble beginning in 1991 by two Graduate Engineers of 1975 batch having rich experience in Design & Engineering and Project Management in one of the most respected multi disciplinary turnkey, contracting companies of India then. From concept to commissioning for Fire & Utilities and that is how the FUtech is made.
It started with one client and could impress many more by its magic of shear competence, commitment and technical excellence. Repeat jobs from clients are the real strength of Futech. The growth path that Futech Group has followed is a direct reflection of its technical expertise, professional attitude, commitment towards customer satisfaction and understated approach of quality deliverables.
From a humble beginning in 1991, when a partnership firm was floated by two experienced technocrats to provide engineering support to various consultants and EPC contractors, the two men organization has grown into a group of five companies.

Started as partnership firm in 1991 and progressed to Private Limited Company in 1994. It continues to provide consultancy and detailed engineering support to Owners, Consultants and EPC Contractors in almost all type of industries including commercial establishments. - Futech Projects (India) Private Limited
Started as Private Limited company in 1993. It provides turnkey solutions to the industries in field for fire fighting systems, utilities, piping, material handling etc for all type of industries and establishments. - Allied Energy Systems Private Limited
Started in 2004 as private Limited company in technical collaboration with Sterling De-aerator Co., USA to market and service the Sterling’s De-aerators in India. Manufacturing of these de-aerators and related equipment are manufactured at Altech Infrastructure (India) Pvt Ltd, a group company. - Firecon Services
A partnership company in existence since 2003 is engaged in maintenance of fire fighting systems. Firecon Services is a pure services company which deals in the operation and maintenance of utility piping systems, fire alarm and fire fighting systems. - Altech Infrastructure (India) Pvt Ltd
A new company is floated by the Directors of the group to set up a State of Art workshop with ‘U’ stamp certification (in process) about 70 km from Delhi. Product mix includes de-aerator, feed water tanks, LP / HP heaters, condensers, pressure vessels etc.
